My results are in! I was maybe disproportionately ecstatic to get the email. What is it about knowing where we come from? My genetic makeup is:
50% Ashkenazi Jews of Central and Southeastern Europe (4 of my great-grandparents were Polish)
28% Ashkenazi Jews of Eastern Europe and Russia (2 of my great-grandparents were Russian)
20% Sephardic Jews of North Africa (2 of my great-grandparents were Moroccan)
2% Sephardic Jews of the Eastern Mediterranean (this must be a distant ancestor on my Moroccan side)
