Fall Newsletter 3/13

Hello, all, this one will be a little different.

This post isn’t about my week because my week was quiet and I was tired a lot of the time and I couldn’t spin much of a post about it. And another idea just came to me, sitting here. I am going to write about my wishes for this year.

I used to write things like this every Elul but a few years ago I got burnt out and stopped. Yet for whatever reason, right now it seems like the right time to try again.

This year, I want to change jobs. I want to go to Eretz Yisroel. In EY, I want to build a journaling business, and teach the Journal to the Self curriculum to groups of women. I want to get set up with an amazing guy – maybe someone European, something a little different? – and get married. This year, I want to visit several more countries. I want to be in a lavender field in the south of France on my birthday at the end of June. This year – fine, here goes, I’ll say it – I want to be pregnant (and I want to have healthy baby but that might tip me into next year).

Let this vision draw me forward into the new year.

Thank you for reading it, and for being here!

Wishing you a kesiva v’chasima tova and a gut gebencht yuhr! Have a good Y”T, and may this year bring joy, health, and blessing to you and yours!
