It’s been a really interesting summer. It was ordinary yet so much happened at the same time. I’ve never really written a seasonal recap here before but looking back has been so interesting for me. So what went down (big and small) over the past 13 weeks?

Assorted: I let The Artist’s Way go after chapter 10. I’m just kind of saturated at this point but I think I got what I needed out of it! Over the summer, had lunch and dinners with friends a few times. Went to my sister for Shabbos. Siblings came for Shabbosos. Did not get into the pool!! Did not get Rita’s!! Read quite a bit. Listened to dozens of podcasts. Went to two shiurim. Learned with my Partner in Torah about every other week. A bunch of doctors appointments and beauty appointments. Got ice cream I think once? Ate a pile of my sister’s chocolate chip cookies. Walked. Planned minibbaticals. Thought of a dozen creative projects.

I am feeling grateful and also tired!

How was your summer?

Have a wonderful Shabbos!
