Inspired by Regrets

In The Power of Regret, Daniel Pink explores the four main categories of regrets that people tend to have, and ways to learn from them. One small suggestion in the book really resonated with me at this time of year: identify three regrets from the previous year (ex. letting another year go by without reconnecting with an old friend, falling into a rut with a bad habit) and three resolutions or commitments to address them, whether by undoing them, taking action on them, or integrating lessons learned from them. I thought this was a simple and smart idea and wanted to share!
