This is not a recipe blog, but I cannot resist sharing another easy one.
I have been making this broccoli kugel for years. It takes about 5 minutes to whip up. Adapted from Quick & Kosher, by Jamie Geller:
24 oz. bag chopped broccoli, thawed
3 eggs
3/4 c. mayonnaise
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder – to taste, make it generous
pinch of cayenne pepper if you have
Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased 9″ round pan on 375 for an hour and 15 minutes. This can also be baked in greased muffin tins for 45 minutes.
