Yom Tov Planning

I can’t believe Rosh Hashana is in under six weeks. The Yomim Noraim always catch me by surprise; the summer seems to come to an abrupt end every year. Figuring out where I want to be for the Yomim Noraim is hard. I truly can’t believe it’s another year that I’m still having to figure this out. I was so sure this would be the year (I’m always sure, and I remember that the previous year I was so sure, but then I’m really sure that this will be the year).

So this Sunday I started to think about where to be for the Yomim Noraim. My tentative plan is to go to my sister for Rosh Hashana (but I don’t know her plans yet — that’s another hard thing, to be dependent on other people), stay home for Yom Kippur and first days of Succos, and go to my grandmother for second days. All still pending.

I don’t mean to stress you out, but do you have plans for the Yomim Noraim?
