An Exercise Trick

I really have to admit that I do not enjoy exercising. Like at all. I know they say it releases endorphins and whatnot and makes you happier but no matter what I do, I can’t seem to find an exercise routine I enjoy. I don’t even like running! (Any suggestions?)

Recently, my friend shared the simplest idea for making exercise much less stressful. All she does is set a timer for 30 minutes (or 20 or 15) and fill the time with any form of exercise.

This actually makes things fun because you get to choose from an array of options without feeling like you can’t keep up with the class. To do this, keep a mix of ideas in mind and just do one after the other until the timer rings.

Some ideas: jump roping, hula hooping, trampolining, planks, squats, sit-ups, lifting weights, Pilates and yoga poses (find video clips)
