Have a Gut Gebentched Yuhr

Sunday night is Rosh Hashanah. The beginning of a new year.

New means new.

5778 is ending. It carried its blessings, it carried its learning experiences, it carried its challenges. And it no longer is. It was. Close that book and put it on the shelf.

When you are in shul, remember a time when you could see only hope and possibility and simplicity and peace and joy in your future. Daven from there. Because you really are there. That is what it means to start a new year.

Past results are no indication of future results.

Isn’t it wonderful?

With heartfelt wishes for a year in which your deepest desires are granted. May you be written and sealed in the Book of Life for all good things! Thank you as always for coming here to read. Let’s all meet this year in Yerushalayim!
