One Thing

I’m reading about hope, and wanted to share a hope-building exercise. In a notebook, date the page for one year from today and write about your life as if things have worked out as best as possible. Let yourself really go wild. Then reread what you’ve written and identify one thing you can do to move closer to being the person in that situation.

 

(This is not manifesting! But according to one hope theory, hope is comprised of having a goal, finding pathways to move towards that goal, and believing you have the agency to choose to take those pathways).
